Over 4 training sessions and 2 follow up sessions over Zoom, you and your TA team can learn to make video content in a way that's fast, effective, and even fun.

Session 1: Candidate Persona

Before you start making videos, you need to know who you're talking to. In this session we'll create a candidate persona together using mostly psychographics (e.g. dreams, fears, goals etc.) and develop messaging points around how your career can help them.

Session 2: Candidate Journey

Learn about the three main stages of the candidate journey and how you can create compelling content for each one. We'll map out your process and brainstorm video ideas and messaging that can get the attention of candidates.

Session 3: Video Training

In this session we'll dig into tips and tricks to create videos that actually get watched. We'll cover topics such as lighting, scripting, sound, framing, video length, video hosting, and editing tools.

Session 4: Let's Shoot!

In this working session, you'll shoot a video for one of the three stages of the candidate experience and then get instant feedback from our coach on how to improve and edit.
